If you’ve ever worried about a family history of Alzheimer’s, discovered you carry the ApoE4 gene, or simply noticed more brain fog and low energy than you’d like, you may be wondering: What can I actually do to protect my brain?

The truth is, while we can’t change our genetics, we can influence how our brains age through daily choices. Nutrition, sleep, movement, stress resilience, hormone balance, and joyful connection all play a role in keeping your brain strong and resilient.

I’ve spent over a decade helping people improve their brain health, with training in functional and integrative medicine, as well as specialized training in Alzheimer’s prevention under the guidance of Dr. Dale Bredesen (RECODE protocol). But this work isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. I carry a strong genetic risk for Alzheimer’s and have a parent with dementia. That’s why I’ve made it my sole focus to distill everything I’ve learned into clear, evidence-informed steps that truly make a difference.

I created these programs because they are exactly what I would have wanted for myself 10 years ago: guidance, accountability, and hope grounded in science. Brainspan Blueprint Coaching

We’ll begin with a complimentary 20-minute clarity call to determine whether this program is right for you and to make sure we’re a good fit to work together. If you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a detailed brain health questionnaire, allowing us to tailor your plan to your unique challenges and goals.

The Brainspan Blueprint is ideal for anyone seeking in-depth, targeted coaching and support to make lifestyle-level changes that protect and strengthen their brain for a lifetime. In addition, this guidance will create immediate and measurable improvements in clarity, energy, and concentration. You will have the time and structure to build habits gradually and anchor them into your daily life.

What’s included:

  •  1 hour comprehensive, strategy-setting deep dive. We’ll review your detailed brain health questionnaire, clarify your goals, and map out a personalized plan for our work together. We’ll explore the six core pillars of brain health—sleep, nutrition, movement, stress resilience, cognitive stimulation, and connection/purpose— along with other aspects unique to your history and lifestyle. This session sets the foundation for all the progress you’ll make in the months ahead. You’ll also benefit from my years of medical experience in integrative and functional medicine, including specialized training in Alzheimer’s prevention, so your plan is both evidence-informed and practical.

  • 4 additional private coaching sessions (45 minutes each). Every three weeks, we’ll meet for focused sessions designed to help you integrate new brain-healthy habits step by step. These sessions are not one-size-fits-all—they evolve with your progress, ensuring you’re always building momentum while overcoming obstacles. This structure allows you enough time between sessions to implement habits, while still providing the accountability and support to stay on track.

  • 8 Voxer check-ins for real-time accountability and ongoing support between sessions. What is Voxer? Voxer is a free voice and text messaging app you can download on your phone that allows you to send me voice notes or texts between our sessions. Think of it as coaching in your pocket—I’ll respond during my coaching hours so you can get guidance, encouragement, or celebrate a win in real time.

  • Personalized tools and strategies to help you integrate brain-healthy habits step by step. Including mindset and values, nutrition, blood sugar, recommendations on stress management, cognitive and physical exercise, and environment, amongst others.

  • We will also explore other aspects of brain health areas, such as hormone balance, the effects of different body systems, health issues, and strategies to improve purpose/joy/ and creativity.


✨ This program combines one-on-one coaching sessions with between-session support so you’ll never feel left on your own and adjustments can be made quickly. It is grounded in the principle of taking tiny, consistent steps that lead to significant changes over time based on your personal values and goals.

What This Is Not :

  • This is not medical care. 
  • There will be no diagnosis, lab orders placed, or prescribing of medication.
  • This coaching program does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. 
  • I cannot make referrals to other doctors, write letters for FMLA, disability, or fill out any other legal or work-related documents.
  • I encourage you to share any handouts and information with your practitioners, but I cannot consult directly with other practitioners regarding our conversations.

Investment & FAQ:

The investment for the entire Brainspan Blueprint program is $2600 (USD), which will be processed once your clarity call has been completed. There are multiple payment options, including most credit cards, Apple Pay, etc. 

Do you offer single sessions or add-ons?

 Brain health transformation requires consistency, habit-building, and accountability, which is why I only provide structured coaching programs, not single visits initially.  Additionally, you’re not paying for my time—you’re investing in a framework designed to promote long-term brain resilience. My programs combine coaching sessions, supporting material, and between-session support and accountability. This container ensures you get results that isolated sessions cannot deliver.

However, if you complete the Brainspan Blueprint program and want to continue, add-on sessions are available for longer support.
